• Measures without shifting the point of application of force
• By means of a special force transmission system, the mechanical calibration system No. 7792 prevents the point of force application from shifting during the calibration process
• The lever mounted below the test rail is moved linearly by a spindle and is driven by the handwheel
• The linear motion is transformed into a rotational motion which influences the transducer
• The torque wrench to be calibrated remains in its position throughout the calibration
• This prevents measurement errors resulting from a shift in the point of force application
• The torque wrench is automatically aligned horizontally by means of a low-friction ball bushing
• An additional ball bushing ensures friction-free positioning of the torque wrench
• The resulting reduction in the transverse forces on the transducer and the friction on the torque wrench assembly reduces measurement errors
