The TORSIOTRONIC® is the first electromechanical torque screwdriver on the market. It measures the applied torque electronically. The display and signal lights on the side provide a visual assessment of the bolted connection. Unlike a purely electronic torque wrench, the cycle and haptic user feedback are mechanical. A clearly perceptible cycle and an equally audible click indicate that the target value has been reached.
Our torque screwdriver is ideal for bolted connections with low torques starting at just 0.12 N·m. Low accuracy ensures precise screw tightening.
Our TORSIOTRONIC® is documentation-compatible. It can be easily configured and programmed using the SensoMaster software. This allows all data to be read out, stored and further processed on a PC for better monitoring and optimisation of work processes.
Our electromechanical torque screwdriver minimises operating errors. This allows bolted connections and sequence plans to be parameterised and saved in advance. The torque screwdriver then automatically sets the trigger torque for the selected bolted connection. After triggering, the slip mechanism prevents the set tightening torque from being exceeded and the screw from being overtightened.
