The TORSIOTRONIC® is the first electromechanical torque screwdriver on the market. It measures the applied torque electronically. The display and signal lights on the side provide a visual assessment of the bolted connection. The cycle and haptic user feedback are also mechanical. A clearly perceptible cycle and an equally audible click indicate that the target value has been reached.
Our torque screwdriver is ideal for bolted connections with low torques starting at just 0.12 N·m. Low accuracy ensures precise screw tightening.
Our TORSIOTRONIC® eClick is documentation-compatible. It can be easily configured and programmed using the SensoMaster software. This allows all data to be read out, stored and further processed on a PC for better monitoring and optimisation of work processes.
The eClick torque screwdriver is ideal for areas of application in which electronic torque screwdrivers reach the limits of their signalling capabilities - for example, when working overhead or when the display cannot be read. Even in loud, busy and very bright environments, where vibrations or optical and acoustic signals are difficult to perceive, our TORSIOTRONIC® can communicate when the target value has been reached thanks to its patented haptic feedback.
Our torque screwdriver eClick minimises operating errors. This allows bolted connections and sequence plans to be parameterised and saved in advance. The torque screwdriver then automatically sets the trigger torque for the selected bolted connection. After triggering, the slip mechanism prevents the set tightening torque from being exceeded and the screw from being overtightened.
The bright OLED colour display ensures that all relevant information is clearly visible and can be read from almost any angle. Together with the simple menu structure, this enables fast and intuitive operation.
