TorkMaster.
The new DIN EN ISO 6789:2017 standard for conformance testing and calibration of torque tools has made the calibration process significantly more complex. However, the TorkMaster software allows you to calibrate torque tools quickly and efficiently, including creating calibration certificates that comply with the standard.
Calibrate according to DIN EN ISO 6789:2017.
The TorkMaster 5 allows you to measure according to the current version (DIN EN ISO 6789-2017) and, optionally, according to the old standard (DIN EN ISO 6789-2003). Testing, adjustment and calibration can be carried out using the perfectControl 7794-x calibration devices, and the 7791 and 7792 actuation devices. We recommend the 7728-series measurement devices for recording measured values, including hand operated torque tools Type I, Class A-E and Type II, Class A-G according to DIN EN ISO 6789:2017.
Testing and adjusting.
A special testing and adjustment method are available for testing and adjustment. A quick test method is still available.
Upgrades.
The software's range of functions can be upgraded via optional licenses; these include customer-specific calibration sequences, the adjustment of measurement devices, the integration of the calibration device into the customer's own test equipment management systems (CAQ) and now an additional module for tool-related machine capability testing (MFU).
Standards.
You can implement and comply with both Part 1: Requirements and methods for design conformance testing and quality conformance testing: minimum requirements for declaration of conformance (ISO 6789-1:2017) and Part 2: Requirements for calibration and determination of measurement uncertainty (ISO 6789-2:2017). You can also collect and maintain statistical data as part of the MU survey (ISO 6789-2:2017, Section 6.1.
