Do you need to apply low torques precisely, efficiently and safely? Do you prefer to configure complex bolting sequences digitally, with seamless documentation? Do you work as part of a network? If so, we have some good news: The TORSIOTRONIC® DAPTIQ® torque screwdriver is very easy to integrate into digital production processes.
The TORSIOTRONIC® from STAHLWILLE was the world's first electromechanical torque screwdriver. Now also available in a DAPTIQ® version, it closes the gap between precision assembly and digital data management in modern production environments – making it ideal for Industry 4.0 applications.
Added to this are the benefits of digital technology: All of the bolted joint parameters can be defined digitally, from an individual bolted joint to a complex bolting sequence. Each bolted joint is evaluated in real time and the results are shown on the display using traffic light colours. All of the bolting data is also recorded in real time and made available immediately for documentation purposes.
The TORSIOTRONIC® DAPTIQ® can be networked using various connectable communication modules and seamlessly integrated into existing production environments. Using a cable, industrial radio (ISM), Bluetooth or WLAN, the tool receives the required bolted joint parameters and the currently active bolted joint directly from the guidance system. Complex bolting sequences are controlled by the system and transmitted step by step to the tool. This enables the user to work safely, efficiently, and with complete digital guidance.
Small, precise, networked, and simply exceptional: the TORSIOTRONIC® DAPTIQ®.
