TORSIOTRONIC® DAPTIQ®: networked torque screwdriver

Close-up of an electromechanical STAHLWILLE TORSIOTRONIC® DAPTIQ torque screwdriver with colour display. The tool is being used in an industrial work environment, and the digital torque measurement and wireless data transmission via the WLAN module can be seen.
Do you need to apply low torques precisely, efficiently and safely? Do you prefer to configure complex bolting sequences digitally, with seamless documentation? Do you work as part of a network? If so, we have some good news: The TORSIOTRONIC® DAPTIQ® torque screwdriver is very easy to integrate into digital production processes.
The TORSIOTRONIC® from STAHLWILLE was the world's first electromechanical torque screwdriver. Now also available in a DAPTIQ® version, it closes the gap between precision assembly and digital data management in modern production environments – making it ideal for Industry 4.0 applications.

The best of both worlds

Of course, the TORSIOTRONIC® DAPTIQ® features the same patented eClick technology (electromechanical click) as the standard model. This technology combines the high-precision electronic torque measurement with a clear mechanical click. The electronics measure precisely, while the mechanical system provides the trusted, haptic click.
Added to this are the benefits of digital technology: All of the bolted joint parameters can be defined digitally, from an individual bolted joint to a complex bolting sequence. Each bolted joint is evaluated in real time and the results are shown on the display using traffic light colours. All of the bolting data is also recorded in real time and made available immediately for documentation purposes.

Networking opens up even greater potential

The DAPTIQ® version now also includes the option of integrating the TORSIOTRONIC® into networked production lines. The tool can communicate with guidance systems such as MES or worker assistance systems, including the STAHLWILLE GuideMaster software, for example. This makes the TORSIOTRONIC® DAPTIQ® perfect for networked applications in any industry where there are strict requirements for documentation, process reliability and operational efficiency – be it in precision assembly or quality assurance.

Versatile connection methods

The TORSIOTRONIC® DAPTIQ® can be networked using various connectable communication modules and seamlessly integrated into existing production environments. Using a cable, industrial radio (ISM), Bluetooth or WLAN, the tool receives the required bolted joint parameters and the currently active bolted joint directly from the guidance system. Complex bolting sequences are controlled by the system and transmitted step by step to the tool. This enables the user to work safely, efficiently, and with complete digital guidance.
Small, precise, networked, and simply exceptional: the TORSIOTRONIC® DAPTIQ®.
This tool is available in four versions for different torque ranges between 0.12 N·m and 10 N·m. Learn more about DAPTIQ® here: Networked torque tools
