Internships

Cooperation with regional schools.
As a major regional employer, we have a special responsibility for the training situation in the Bergische Land region. That is why we entered into a cooperation with the Friedrich-Bayer-Realschule in Wuppertal in 2008: Since then, interested school students have had the opportunity to get an early impression of the job prospects within our company via company visits and internships. Students in grades 8 and 9 can also build project workpieces in the STAHLWILLE training workshop at Lindenallee or take part in application training sessions. All under the professional guidance of the STAHLWILLE instructors. By means of this cooperation, STAHLWILLE has already been able to attract many apprentices who have also successfully pursued their career path within our company after the training.
