Unser SmartCheck DAPTIQ® trägt zur proaktiven Prüfmittelkontrolle bei. So lässt sich das Prüfgerät über eine offene Schnittstelle nahtlos mit führenden Steuerungssystemen wie z. B. CAQ-System vernetzen und kann Daten in Echtzeit empfangen und senden. Dadurch werden Toleranzabweichungen schneller erkannt und gemeldet, ohne dabei die laufenden Prozesse zu unterbrechen. Damit steigert DAPTIQ® die Sicherheit und Effizienz in der Produktion und Wartung.

Ganz gleich, ob horizontale oder vertikale Montage - die durchdachten Befestigungspunkte, die kompakte Bauform und das drehbare Display lassen eine flexible Platzierung überall in der Werkstatt zu.

Flexible Montage.

Das kompakte Prüfgerät lässt sich für den individuellen Blickwinkel optimal einstellen. Die Anzeige ist praktisch von überall aus einsehbar, denn nicht nur das große LCD, sondern auch der Displayhalter und der Grundkörper sind um 180° drehbar.

Optimaler Blickwinkel.

Der SmartCheck ist mit einer praktischen Micro-USB-Schnittstelle ausgestattet, die das Auslesen der gespeicherten Prüfwerte erlaubt und deren Weitergabe in externe Systeme vereinfacht. Zudem dient der USB-Anschluss auch als optionale Stromversorgung für das Gerät.

Kommunikation und Stromversorgung via USB.

Das SmartCheck-Prüfgerät lässt sich mit der CheckMaster-Software einfach konfigurieren und 
ermöglichen damit auch eine direkte Auswertung der Messergebnisse. Auf diese Weise lassen sich sämtliche Daten für eine bessere Überwachung und Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse am PC auslesen und abspeichern.

Umfassende Dokumentation.

Unser SmartCheck hat eine intuitive Handhabung und ist sofort einsatzbereit. Er ist platzsparend und mit seinen vielseitigen Befestigungsmöglichkeiten flexibel montierbar. Das Gerät wird sowohl über ein Netzteil als auch mit Batterien betrieben und kann damit problemlos an jedem Arbeitsplatz positioniert werden, selbst wenn keine Steckdose verfügbar ist.

Our SmartCheck DAPTIQ® helps with proactive test medium verification. This allows the testing device to interface seamlessly with leading control systems such as CAQ system and receive and send data in real time. Tolerance deviations can thus be detected and reported faster without interrupting ongoing processes. DAPTIQ® therefore increases safety and efficiency in production and maintenance.

Whether mounted horizontally or vertically, the well-designed mounting points, compact design and rotatable display allow flexible positioning anywhere in the workshop.

Flexible mounting.

The compact testing device can be adjusted to the optimum individual viewing angle. The display can be viewed from practically anywhere, as not only the large LCD, but also the display holder and the base body can be rotated by 180°.

SmartCheck is equipped with a convenient micro-USB interface that allows stored test values to be read out and simplifies their transfer to external systems. The USB port also serves as an optional power supply for the device.

Communication and power supply via USB.

The SmartCheck testing device can be easily configured with CheckMaster software, allowing direct evaluation of measurement results. This means that all data can be read out and saved on the PC for better monitoring and optimisation of the work processes.

Comprehensive documentation.

Our SmartCheck is intuitive and ready to use right away. It is space-saving and can be mounted flexibly with its versatile mounting options. The device is powered by either a mains power supply or batteries and can therefore be easily positioned at any workstation, even if no power outlet is available.
