Angle of rotation tester 

Unser SmartCheck Angle ist das erste Prüfgerät seiner Art, das den Drehwinkel verifiziert, überprüft und dokumentiert. Es misst Drehwinkel bis 720° und verfügt über eine Sollwertvorgabe sowie eine Bewertung der Ergebnisse im praktischen Ampelprinzip. Die digitale Messung ermöglicht nicht nur die kontinuierliche Anzeige des Drehwinkels, sondern auch die Erfassung des Spitzenwerts. Mit seiner äußersten Präzision erfüllt es mühelos die anspruchsvollen industriellen Anforderungen.

Fehlerresistente Drehwinkel-Prüfung.

Das kompakte Prüfgerät lässt sich für den individuellen Blickwinkel optimal einstellen. Die Anzeige ist praktisch von überall aus einsehbar, denn nicht nur das große LCD-Display, sondern auch der Displayhalter und der Grundkörper sind um 180° drehbar.

Optimaler Blickwinkel.

Der SmartCheck ist mit einer praktischen Micro-USB-Schnittstelle ausgestattet, die das Auslesen der gespeicherten Prüfwerte und deren nahtlose Integration in externe Systeme erlaubt. Zudem dient der USB-Anschluss auch als optionale Stromversorgung für das Gerät.

Kommunikation und Stromversorgung via USB.

Das SmartCheck-Prüfgerät lässt sich mit der CheckMaster-Software einfach konfigurieren und 
ermöglichen damit auch eine direkte Auswertung der Messergebnisse. Auf diese Weise lassen sich sämtliche Daten für eine bessere Überwachung und Optimierung der Arbeitsprozesse am PC auslesen und abspeichern.

Umfassende Dokumentation.

Unser SmartCheck Angle wird mit einem kurzem und langen Dreharm (Winkelarm) ausgeliefert. Das ermöglicht eine einfache Anpassung an die Grifflänge und -geometrie verschiedener Schlüssel, sodass auch Drehwinkelschlüssel mit größerem Messbereich problemlos geprüft werden können.

Our SmartCheck Angle is the first testing device of its kind to verify, check and document the angle of rotation. It measures angles of rotation of up to 720° and features a target value specification as well as an evaluation of the results using the practical traffic light principle. The digital measurement not only enables the continuous display of the angle of rotation, but also the recording of the peak value. With its outstanding precision, it can easily fulfil the most demanding industrial requirements.

Error-resistant angle of rotation test.

The compact testing device can be adjusted to the optimum individual viewing angle. The display can be viewed from practically anywhere, as not only the large LCD display, but also the display holder and the base body can be rotated by 180°.

Optimum viewing angle.

The SmartCheck is equipped with a practical micro USB interface that allows the stored test values to be read out and simplifies their transfer to external systems. The USB port can also be used as an optional power supply for the device.

Communication and power supply via USB.

The SmartCheck testing device can be easily configured with the CheckMaster software allowing direct evaluation of the measurement results. In this way, all data can be read out and saved on the PC for better monitoring and optimisation of work processes.

Comprehensive documentation.

Our SmartCheck Angle is supplied with a short and long rotating arm (angle arm). This makes it easy to adapt to the handle length and geometry of different wrenches so that angle controlled torque wrenches with a larger measuring range can also be easily tested.

Extended measuring range.

Unsere Drehmomentwerkzeuge, Messwertaufnehmer und Prüfgeräte sind mit einem Werkskalibrierschein nach DIN EN ISO 6789-2 und in Anlehnung an DKD-R 10-8 für die Rückführung der Messmittel ausgestattet.
