Mit über 100 cm Breite, 65 cm Tiefe und einem Schubladenvollauszug bietet unser größter Werkstattwagen maximale Staufläche und Raum für dein Werkzeug. Der TTS 98 PRO bietet dabei im Vergleich zum Modell 93 und 95 PRO ein 100% vergrößertes Schubladenvolumen in Premium-Qualität.

Hochwertige Materialien wie die dicht verschweißte Edelstahlwanne sorgen für die STAHLWILLE typische Langlebigkeit und verhindern das Eindringen von Flüssigkeiten in das Wageninnere. Die Arbeitsfläche von 740 x 570 mm eignet sich besonders für Arbeiten an großen Bauteilen. Durch die robuste Konstruktion erreicht der 98 PRO eine statische Belastbarkeit von 1.400 kg. Die Schubladen können dank Versteifungen mit 40 kg und die unterste Schublade sogar mit 60 kg belastet werden.

Die Schubladen verfügen über eine Zentralverriegelung durch Zylinderschloss mit abklappbarem Schlüssel. Die Schubladen-Einzelverriegelung verhindert ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen während der Fahrt. Zusätzlich lässt sich immer nur eine Schublade gleichzeitig öffnen, was einen zuverlässigen Kippschutz gewährleistet.

Der TTS 98 PRO lässt sich mit dem STAHLWILLE TCS-System ergänzen. Die TCS-Matten schonen das Werkzeug und sorgen für Ordnung. Durch die Signalfarbe wird direkt klar, wenn Werkzeug fehlt. Die 3D-Mulden ermöglichen eine schnelle und komfortable Entnahme.

Alles an seinem Platz.

Ganz gleich ob Papierrollen- und Spraydosenhalter, umlaufender Rammschutz mit Aufpralldämpfung, beidseitiges Lochraster zum Anbringen von Zubehör, Feststellbremsen oder Öl- und säurebeständige Leichtlaufräder (Ø 125 mm) mit Fadenschutz. Unser Werkzeug-Trolley bringt viele Features mit - und das serienmäßig.

High-quality materials such as the tightly welded stainless steel tray provide the durability that is typical of STAHLWILLE, and prevent liquids from penetrating the interior of the trolley. The working area of 740 x 570 mm is particularly suitable for working on large components. Thanks to its robust design, the 98 PRO achieves a static load-bearing capacity of 1,400 kg. The drawers can be loaded with up to 40 kg thanks to stiffening, and the bottom drawer can even be loaded with up to 60 kg.

The drawers are centrally locked using a cylinder lock with a folding key. The single-drawer lock prevents unintentional opening while driving. In addition, only one drawer can always be opened at a time, ensuring reliable tipping protection.

The TTS 98 PRO can be supplemented with the STAHLWILLE Tool Control System. The TCS inlays protect the tools and keep things in order. The signal colour makes it immediately clear, if a tool is missing. The 3D cutouts make quick and convenient removal possible.

Everything in its place.

Whether it is a roll of paper towels or spray can holder, all-round collision protection with impact damping, perforation on both sides for attaching accessories, parking brakes or oil and acid-resistant smooth-running wheels (Ø 125 mm) with thread guard. Our tool trolley comes with many features as standard.
