The MANOSKOP® 730D eClick is the perfect introduction to the world of digital torque wrenches. It offers all the essential functions for process-reliable torque bolting – in a deliberately focused and uncomplicated design. Operation of the tool is virtually self-explanatory. All the necessary information for the next bolt tightening is entered directly on the tool using easily accessible buttons and the display.

e-Click technology.

The MANOSKOP® 730D eClick combines the best of both worlds: the digital accuracy of modern electronics and the familiar, mechanical feedback every time they are used. The current torque is displayed digitally and in real time throughout the entire bolting process. Once the target value is reached, the torque wrench not only provides a visual signal but also a clearly audible and detectable click.

Extra reliability.

Thanks to the OLED digital display, the user can read off the specified target torque from any angle with no parallax errors. If different insert tools are being used, the integrated extension length correction automatically calculates the correct setting value if a different extension length is entered, thus avoiding calculation errors. The torque wrench also automatically compensates for incorrect grip positions thanks to the automatic force loading point compensation.

Comprehensive documentation.

The MANOSKOP® 730D eClick is suitable for documentation purposes. The torque wrench stores the data for up to 2,500 bolting processes, including the date and time stamp. The data can be read out, stored, and processed with the SensoMaster software. This allows the quality of bolted joints to be tracked at all times and provides robust evidence in the event of complaints or possible compensation claims.

Also suitable for difficult areas of application.

The electromechanical eClick torque wrenches from STAHLWILLE are perfect for areas of application in which purely electronic torque wrenches are pushed to their signalling limits - such as when working overhead or if the display cannot be read. Even in noisy, busy, and very bright environments which can make it difficult to perceive vibrations, or visual and acoustic signals, eClick torque wrenches indicate to the user that the target value has been reached using patented haptic feedback.

Future-proof solution.

If requirements change, the angle of rotation measuring method can be activated, if necessary. This expands the range of applications of the 730D eClick – without having to invest in additional tools.
