Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct forms the basis for our day-to-day conduct and clearly sets out our values and guiding principles to all stakeholders – both within the STAHLWILLE Group and amongst our business partners. Our Code of Conduct promotes transparency and protects the company and its employees from compliance violations. It sets out our internal principles and establishes clear expectations regarding lawful, responsible and inclusive behaviour and cooperation amongst all parties involved.

For suppliers and business partners.

The Code of Conduct for our suppliers and business partners is based on the principles of the UN Global Compact and international conventions such as the ILO. In it we formulate the expectations we have of our suppliers and business partners for fair competition practices, environmental protection and the respect for human rights.
